Having been with Global Corporation for the past decade, Andrew has successfully navigated various roles within the organization. Starting in support, Andrew transitioned to professional services before excelling as a product manager for the past four years. His extensive experience in different areas of the company has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs of our customers, and a proven track record of ensuring their success.
As the new Vice President of Client Support, Andrew’s primary goal is to create a holistic customer success strategy focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. From the point of sale to long-term support and maintenance, Andrew aims to provide a seamless experience for customers.
With his expertise in support practices, Andrew will prioritize quick and efficient resolution of customer issues, particularly when it comes to new features and custom development.
