Chris brings unmatched public safety expertise with more than 20 years of executive-level experience in public safety, business strategy, and operational leadership. His impressive career spans key roles including Chief of Staff and Commander at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, implemented transformative mental health initiatives, and led policy development aligned with evolving legislative standards.
